This experience started out as a 5-star. I went to the factory store and decided on which canopy worked for me. I talked with the rep and he gave me a good price on the canopy. I jokingly said "Now, this isn't going to go on sale cheaper than this next week, is it?" He said something like "No, we're good". So this week I get an email that the same canopy is on sale for $25 less than I paid. I called to see what EZ-UP would do in this situation. I got a recording that "my call cannot be transferred, try later". I also sent an email to them and have received no reply.
The canopy is a good item, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. This started out as a 5-star experience and has gone down hill ever since. Disappointed in the service.
The edits below are updates from EZ UP's replies to an online review--they can reply to that, but not contact me to resolve the issue. If they were interested in resolving the issue, it would take one email or one 5 minute phone call, but that hasn't happened.

Five days after sending an email to the address given to me by EZ UP, I still have no response. These guys are now down to a one-star 'cause they don't keep their word and don't follow up.
