Wow i have been in the same suituation with you. How could I contact you?
I dont even know where to start with E virtual services. I guess i can take you though my whole experinese with them. First of a few college students, including me decided to create a social media app. We contacted many companies including e virtual servies. All the other companies told us that the starting price would be around 15k- 20k. So we turnned down all these companies and contacted e virtual again to get a detailed estimate. they told us that it would cost 4k to make the entire app, including a website. It sounds like a deal right? Not so fast.
After discussing with e virtual services (particualry Anthony Hill, Sales Manager) about our idea and concepts that we would want the app to be like. he said us a project outline, including all the terms and agreements with there comapany (which are obsured) and a rough, let me be mroe specific, Very Rough gidline of what the app will consits. I told anshul in detail all of the funsctions we wanted and they wrote it down in the bill but it was so broad wich allowed them to have so much leverage againtst us and the price in the upcoming months.
After Skype calling with anthony many time our group finaly made the initail payment of 80%. Anthony agreeded that he would help us thoughout the project (which was a total lie). They started to send us screenshots of our app in the desinging proces witch took months and should of only take less than a month. multiple times we requested to chnage things on the screenshots and they refused it becuse it would be to much work for them in the price they gave use. a fter a good 4 months they started to create the beta. This proces took 5 months of continuously emailing them and skyping them tellling them what to do. everytime we wanted something changed they refused to do it withought more money. So dumb enough we decided to send them more money to compleete the project. The app was built teribly and had so many glitches. the picture quality was absoulutly terrible and he said we have to pay for better picture quality. There were so many things like this that they tried to get you on. it was l ike they were against us not working for us. after 2 months of no progress what so ever we decided to ask for the source code and move to a different company. this arose a huge problem for them. they said we had to pay all this money to receive it and s**t. after a month of not comunicating with them they decided to lower the price to receive the source code and we payed for it and have it.
Not to mention the whole time after we were introduced our developing team shortly after we received the proposal from anthony we tried to get back in touch with anthony and never did. After 8 months we have nerver heard a word from anthony even tho he garintied he would help us the whole way. we wanted to speak to anthony because Anshul( our develpoing group) could barely speak english. it was so broken and he did not understand anything. they kept telling us that anthony got maried, he got sick, he moved to india for a seminar,and many other things. wich was all fake. i discovered this was fake becasue one day i called e virtual from a friends phone and anthiny answered the phone. ?? isnt that odd.
Then i tried to call the oficce many times to speak to somebody higher up in the comapany and they continued to tell me he was on "leave" and that they would call me in the near future. That never happened. anshul started to get anoyyed that i was calling them so he decided to not comunicate to me about the app and to only comunicate with my team members. i lost complete contact with them. my group had to handle the rest of them stuff and to receive the source code.
this company is absolutly terrible, i would never recomend it to anybody uless you want to get scammed. i dont even know where they are located because they say some workers are in idia and some are in minesota. they just dont have there s**t to gether and are terribe and faking things. I cracked all there lies pretty easily becasue they didnt know eglish to well. like i said do not deal with them unless you want a terrible, half a*s, app or webpage. out webpage is complete a*s. alll the pictures are distorted and are just terible. i promise that they are not the company you would want to go with. if anybody else is in the same sutuation, contact me becausse i would like to take my case furhter and receive money for everything that we have been though. also i hope no charges apear on the debit card from them Becasuse they have all my information. Like they say cheep is expensive.
