I was calling a few of the E Mortgage branches to shop around and the first question I always ask is for MLS numbers of the agents I’m talking to. I spoke to a handful of people and all were unable to provide their numbers, Phillip and Naji are some of the representatives I spoke to and was unable to get the proper information. This is an unlicensed scrupulous company in that half the agents that work there have no license whatsoever.
The owner, joseph, is a con artist. The Federal government should audit this company. Buyers beware!
