I received a text regarding a loan amount, I didn't sign up for a loan, so I called the number to tell them to leave me alone. I called the number and a gentlemen on the phone said his name was Daniel. I asked him what this was all about and he said "you must have applied at some point for a loan with one of our sister companies" I didn't remeber doing so but was interested in hearing more. He knew everything and the loan was 8,000 @10% interest over 30 months. I asked if there was a prepayment penalty he replied with no there isn't. So I decied to move forward, this "Daniel" was very nice and sounded very professional, then he said I would have to go to a location to verify insurance to receive the funds into my checking account. I already was worried but now I know I had just given my personal information out to a scammer/low life! I called him and told him to cancel this and that my bank was aware that I had just been scammed. He said he will delete all of my personal information within and hours time and that there is nothing to worry about because this isn't a scam. I asked for him to email what he had just said about deleteing my information and he said he would. I still haven't received an email from him and I know in my heart that this is a complete scam! He said he recently married and has no children. I am a married mother of 5, we make just above what is to be considered the poverish amount. This sickens me that our government doesn't stop this from happening! I can't trust anyone anymore and nor should you all. Now, what was suppose to be a great day has turned into a completely embarrasing, sad day for me and not to mention time consuming as well hopefully nothing happens to my personal/financial information...I have nothing left to give! So after explaining what I did to my husband(thank God he was kind and comforting about this whole mess) we have to go into the bank and close our checking account, so these scumbags can't take anything more from me. I will pray for you "Daniel", we are all sinners and we do not even come close to the glory of God until you except him into your heart and believe that Jesus died for your sins! Jesus knew no sin, he took our sin, died and rose again and is now seated at the right hand of The Father. There is a little lesson in what is right, now go you scammers and ask for forgivness and be right in your heart! God is great and I know that he has me in his great grace! Do you know God forgives you even in what you think is your greatest of sins. God Bless you and may you find yourself walking in God's light rather than in the complete darkness of the devil.
