SCAM ALERT! Watch out for E.DUTTI Kft - an con industrial scrap trading company
This outfit E.DUTTI Kft will take your advance and cannot deliver the goods because they don't have it, but they will tell you they have it. I cancelled the order for non-delivery twice and they agreed to pay the penalties with full refund of USD$10,100 by 9/7/16 and nothing has happened till now. They were told a zillion times about the repercussion of non-delivery or full refund and gave them enough warnings to fix the situation but they chose to play it out. By not refunding or able to provide the scrap they are in essence stealing my money as con artists do! You call this a legitimate business? They fabricate a story to make it seem like they will do it either same day or next day and that was done each and every time! They will give you the story that they have many supplier branches and that they have gated pass entry to see their yard, etc. You would think they have money to process a simple order, but it's all lies and nonsense! If you ask them for a current dated picture and video as proof of inventory and not stock internet pictures they can't produce anything and this was only realized after my mistake. Weed out the real suppliers from the fake ones by asking for such proof up front or a site visit first. They have never shipped scrap to the USA and failed to tell me that at the time of order and they didn't know the process. E.DUTTI Kft employee names I dealt with are below;
1. Hazar Ference - sales and a con artist
2. Toth Jozsef - main operations con artist and signs off as CEO on proforma invoices.
3. BERDER YVES-RENE - the finance con artist who picks up money from Western Union locations and doing the shady money handling
4. Ivan Susan - got one note and supposedly checks emails and works behind the scenes
5. Janos Evgenny Atilla - supposedly the owner and mastermind behind this scam operation. No contact info to him and they won't give it either.
Transaction Details:
7/25 - USD $7000 Proforma Invoice from E.DUTTI Kft
7/29 - USD $3500 - 50% advance paid
8/6 - USD $3800 balance 50% & other fees paid (was supposed to send only after receiving shipping and inspection documents)
8/19 - No shipping documents or inspection reports was provided to date and no proof of scrap provided
8/20 - 1st Order CANCELLATION request sent from buyer for full refund
8/26 - Additional USD $1500 (for shipping booked for Sept 3rd). Additional Payment made on order after Toth Jozsef said they made a mistake on the price and that if this additional payment is made he will break even and be able to pay the shipper for Sept 3rd shipping booking and he takes full responsibility for shipment on time. He did not pay the shipper at all with the money received or cancel their service, but disappeared to Hamburg, Germany. No shipment arrangement were made after a n-show on the existing shipment booking.
7/25 - 8/26 - Wire transfers & fees - USD $300
9/2 - 2nd CANCELLATION request of order and full refund with penalties to be paid by 9/7
9/2 - Interest & Penalties for non-fulfillment of order = USD $1000
9/2 - Total Refund Due to buyer: USD $10,100 by 9/7
9/7 - Toth Jozsef saif he had gone to the bank and instructed the transfer for the refund amount stated below and will send the proof of bank transfer. No proof was provided after many reminders.
9/16 - Hazar Ference from sales says I should get the refund in my account in a day or two since it was made last week
9/23 - No emails, phone calls or proof of payment ever being made for the full refund. Scam!
This is a SCAM company and they cannot deliver goods nor can they keep their word and refund a cancelled order for services not rendered like they are supposed to. Heck, they don't even follow their own company terms! They have had my bank details to send the refund, which was supposed to happen on 9/7 according to Toth Jozsef. Toth Jozsef was the one who guaranteed my shipment or money back with penalties if I did not get the scrap. He's supposed to be a man of his 'word' he says...spineless he is! Hazar and Toth are ace bullshitters. They have absolutely ZERO business ethics and are deep in malpractices as evident from my dealing with them. They were very prompt in replying to your email inquiries, but after they get your money they disappear into silence mode or with fabricated neverending stories. Why have this company not been exposed before to all this BS so others are aware of it and stop doing business with them? I guess people didn't want to take time to explain and decided to deal with the loss. No, I will not allow another sucker to fall for this. If any business needs to stay open, they need to follow proper business practice of international standards and be honest in dealings with full disclosures, or else they should be in jail or shutdown! This is as shady as shady can be.
My buyers were very frustrated at these sellers playing the con artists and waited for almost 2 months to have this settled, but to no avail. I had to pay my buyer the penalties and incurred a loss and that is as per my agreement with him. I gave E.DUTTI Kft the full payment in 3 stages trusting them and using bank and Western Union transfers and I missed the control on waiting for the shipping documentation and inspection report as proof which was supposed to be sent to me before the full payment was made. It was stupid on my part, but one lives and learns. Do NOT deal with them or fall for their BS! They will lie through their teeth and they have no qualms about it...I don't know how they sleep at night after conning regular buyers. They need to refund my money and clear their name. Watch out and stay far away from them no matter how good it sounds. When something is too good to be true, it probably is! I will be notifying their Hungarian Chamber of Commerce in Budapest and several other agencies to bring them to task. STAY AWAY from E.DUTTI Kft from doing any business till they clean up their act. They may change their phone number, but watch out. They can run...but they cannot hide.
