Demanded 50% deposit on his contract which, is illegal. Charged my credit card for another home owners quartz countertops. With 34k in hand demanded I pay him another 21k (exceeding the total contract amount) in advance in order to complete my project and I refused. Had to hire another contractor and still yet to receive a dime back from them. BE VERY CAREFUL WORKING WITH HIM!
