I have been a long-time customer here (many years) out of convenience, HOWEVER, I will not be returning after having been incredibly rudely treated by the practice manager, Richard Cohen. I sent him an email, which he was too lacking in communication skills to respond to properly. I had to send an additional email, highlighted a few things. I used caps for one or two words. He had the gall to write back, unapologetically and say "There is no need for loud language." What? What a jerk! To treat a long-term customer like this is unacceptable. The place is a total cost ripoff (that is why getting an appointment is no problem). With Richard Cohen there manning the practice, I am sure other clients will evaporate. He should take his rude self back to NY. His manners are unacceptable. No thank you!
