Charged my account $79.95 and $69.97. Says comes with a 30 day trail but fine print is only 14 days, very misleading and would not refund money. Only gave a 35% refund and the agent # 391 was very rude. It also say 100% satisfaction. I am not satisfied and they still did not care to do anything about it... Major ripe off... Stay away.
I ordered a trial offer of the product under the impression of only paying shipping and handling. 7 seven days after receiving trial offer my account was charged 79.95 for the subscription which I didn't sign up for. When I called I was told I could get 60 percent of the 79.95 refunded because that amount was actually for the trial offer I ordered. The customer service rep #383 was the rudest customer service rep I've ever dealt with. I've had to go thru my bank to file a dispute. I would not recommend this company to anyone out there that is interested in Garcinia Cambogia.
