Never again!!! Had our daughter's 6 birthday party in Dudes & Divas. Two days before the party had a huge argument with the owner, Linda, who was extremely rude for an inquiry I made about 50$ charge for ordering outside kosher food. She excused it as cleaning fee after the party! Really??? As if the 350$ rental for 2 HR isn't enough??? She told me that she is too busy to deal with "my stupidity" and threatened to cancel my party!!! Linda cold me names, humiliated me and insulted me. Just because she knew I had no choice!! She said that she doesn't have to be nice cause she is an owner!! And that I am trying to have her small business earn 50$ less, which makes her angry!!
After a long and unpleasant conversation, she said I must pay the party in full and in cash before it starts, cause she "doesn't trust me". On the day of the party she came in person!! To demand full payment. Even charged me tip for her party hosts, 15%!! I offered to pay the girls myself and she refused.
After all that she ruined our party by ordering a non kosher pizza on purpose!!! After she knew that all my food is kosher!!! Pizza was included in the price of the party and she said it will be kosher!! Kids in the party cried once they found out about it.
Party was supposed to start at 1:30 and started around 1:45. At 2:30 we wasted 40 min looking for her, and demanding our kosher pizza promised for the kids. Thank god I had my ordered food there. Then, at exactly 330 she demanded us to leave!!
Owner is rude! Lier!! Manipulator!! And has no respect to anyone. All she needs is money!
Oh and by the way, our party was in August and the price on their page (299$) wasn't honored. We also didn't have any goodie bags! There weren't 20-25 games as promised. Maybe 10. Maybe! The employees were very kind and tried to help. All agreed that Linda is an evil person. They said she told them to not make any effort in the party!
