DSM Supply Refused to refund payment after failing to deliver my order! Dallas Texas I own a Chiropractic Clinic in Glendale, AZ and had ordered a case 24 4oz spray of Biofreeze from this company back on 2-24-16 and I was told that it would arrive within two week. I called on 3-24-16 to find out what happened to my order. The person answering the phone said that they would investigate it and get back with me but never did. I called back on 4-1-16 to find out what the delay was and spoke with a gal named Jackie. She said that she would give me a $25 credit towards next purchase for my inconvenience. She said that the delivery date would be 4-4-16. I was told that the order was on backorder. This has been a total nightmare. My order never came so I called again in mid April and was told it had been shipped and should be there soon. Long story short, over the next few months I called multiple times and was told a variety of excuses including: It's being shipped, it should be there soon, it's on back order, and should be coming in within the week. I was fed up and called for a refund. I spoke to a gal named Jessica on 5-15-16 and told her what I had been going through and she said that she will investigate it and get back with me. I called her again on 6-8-16 I asked her why she didn’t return my call. She avoided answering my question and accused me of yelling at her then she hung up on me. I called back on a different day and asked to speak to somebody and accounting. I spoke with a gal named Gina and told her what had happened. I asked for her to provide a refund and she said that they were having problems with their computer and lost all their information. I told her the amount of the charges and she assured me that she would check into it for me and send me a check which never came. A few months ago I began calling again and was communicating with a gentleman named James that took over for Gina. I was in contact with him on several occasions and asked for him to provide the name of the owner. I spoke with the owner who’s name is Scott Malcom on two occasions the first of which he was extremely rude and said that he would check into it and get back with me. You never called me back. The second time I talk to Scott on 11-22-18 after James had arranged for him to get on the phone. He promised to get me my product but asked for 60 days to do so. Scott asked for me not to call again but that I might be surprised and receive the product within a week and a half. It has been 60 days since that conversation and I still have no product in hand. I would STRONGLY suggest anyone who has had an issue with this company to file a formal complaint against them with the attorney generals office. They should be held accountable. Charging for something not provided as far as I’m concerned is unethical, unprofessional and is committing consumer fraud which is illegal!

We are a small PT clinic in upstate NY and had ordered e-stim pads from this company a total of 3 times. The first time was fine. The second time 1/2 the order was on backorder, but ultimately they made good on it and did send us the rest of the order. The third and final time, has been a nightmare.

We placed an order for e-stim pads in July 2016 over the phone with a credit card, and were told the order would arrive in about 2 weeks. It never came, so we called in August and were told it was in the mail and should be there soon. Long story short, over the next few months we called multiple times and were told a variety of excuses including: "It's being shipped", "it should be there soon", "it's in the mail". Then it was, "Oh they're on back order, and should be coming in within the week." And another time it was, "Well, the computer didn't process your order, so we had to reorder it and it's corrected now, and they should be there soon." Meanwhile they processed our payment without issue.

When asked for a refund, they said they would issue a paper check and it would be arriving in the mail. We never recieved it. Recently I began calling again, and insisted on a full refund back to the credit card with which the order was paid. The woman I spoke with, Jessica, stated they couldn't do that, but they would issue a check, (since that worked so well the last time). I stated, "No, you need to refund in the manner you were paid. Bottom line, you were paid for electrodes, which we never recieved. You have stolen from us and need to pay us back." She hung up on me. I called back, was put on hold, and hung up on. I then contacted them from a different phone line, and once she realized it was me again, she hung up on me again. They are no longer taking my calls.

This is supposed to be a business, not high school! You don't hang up with people when you are a business!! So since they refused to send us our electrodes, refused to refund us our money, refused to communicate in any way; I have now filed formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General (since the company is based in TX), the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), the BBB (Better Business Bureau), and our credit card company is going to file a dispute to get our payment back. I would STRONGLY suggest anyone who has had an issue with this company to file a formal complaint against them. They should be held accountable. And ultimately, stealing is illegal!

Same as other stories that I have seen. Ordered Tens units over 2 months ago without delivery but credit card was billed. Multiple calls to company and no results.

STILL WAITING!!!!

I am still waiting for the items I ordered SEVEN MONTHS AGO!!!! After 4 months I lost interest in wanting the items and requested a refund. It took 3 months for a check to be sent to me (after many phone calls and e-mails on my part). I just received the check and guess what? INSUFFICIENT FUNDS!! This company needs to be shut down!!!

I ordered therapy bands and therapy balls from DSM. The entire invoice was paid by CC at the time of ordering on the internet. Only the bands came and I was promised that the balls would come shorty. Weekly calls from myself to DSM with a different stall excuse every week.

After two months of the same BS, I asked for my money back. Was told by Jessica that a credit card credit could not be given due to the amount of time, but a check for $105 would be writtten and send to me that day. Two more weeks go by, no check, I call again. Am told that a credit refund would be given that day and a fax with confirmation would come to me. Again a lie! No refund has been received.

Not only terrible business practices, Dexter and Jessica sound annoyed and irritated that I call asking for the product which I paid for or a refund?

Companies/scams like this make my blood boil! i had 2 orders placed in january 2016 totaling about $400 after having placed and received an order previously in 2015 without any problems. However, after a month of waiting, i called to check status as i needed the suppiles i had ordered in january and it was almost march at this point. I started calling weekly and getting different answers and excuses including "we have changed management", "she no longer works here", "she was not authorized to issue a refund", "the person who can help you is in a meeting/at lunch/away from desk etc.", "your order is lost in our system" etc. I have now been calling daily without any success. I was told in may 2016 that the refund check was to be mailed the next day. Yesterday June 20) i called and my refund was "sitting in the folder to be processed today".

I am beyond frustrated and mad. Do not order from this company!! their lower prices are to good to be true. I wish i had read the other reviews from this site before ever getting involved with this company. Do not get involved and lose money with this scamming "company". Luckily i have only lost $400. Seems others have lost a lot more. And my card too was soon victim to credit card fraud shorlty after placing my order in january 2016, like others have reported.

I had ordered some things from DSM Supply among which was $162 of Biofreeze. The latter was not delivered. I finally called them and asked them about it. They claimed they did not know it was not delivered and said they would send it right out and it would be here by Friday. I waited two weeks and called again. same thing. They said it would be here by Friday. I waited two weeks again and called. Jessica answered and said she did not know what happened. I asked for a refund. She said she would process it immediately and it would post in 3-5 days. I checked after 2 weeks. still no refund. I called back and talked to Jessica. She made no apology jus tuntil I expressed my frustration in this company, just the same ol excuses. She said she would do it this time. it really appears as if they purposely do this hoping the customer will not notice and they get money for nothing. It seems like a scam system to me.
