Mr. Rolando claims that they disconnect my email [email protected] because SPAMMING and SOLICITATION.
In my numerous conversations with Irene, Kit, John, Rod, Michelle, Frulein.....of DSLEXTREME, I EMPHASIZE the following:
1. I have been their customer for 20+ years and always pay their bill promptly.
2. As a journalist and tax consultant, I receive email daily from judicial, legislative, administrative deapartments, news media.....worldwide including President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Mayor Karen Bass, US Congresswoman Katie Porter, MSNBC, CBS.....For public safety, health, education and prosperity, we forward the information to others.
3. With technology today, people who do not wish to receive any particular email, they can press on SPAM and DELETE, then they will not receive any more communication from the person.

I ordered internet service from DSL Extreme onye 8/3/16 and ,it was suppose to be installed on 8/12/16 per their e-mail ,sent to me.It was never installed,but I was paying these people every month for service.When the serviceman they sent out,he said it was ready,and the lines had been split.Before I had DSL,I had frontier,I noticed that Frontier was still billing me for services,so I called DSL to inform them,and was told by the rep.,everthing is fine,you now have our services.This person told me.she had contacted Frontier,and verified.
Well I stop paying Frontier,because I was certain I was covered by DSL,and ther would be no interruption of services.My box stopped receiving signals,so I thought it was the box,I had received from Frontier,so I quickly ordered DSL'S modem,and to pay a delivery fee.The box suddenly started receiving signals,so I contacted DSL and told them,I no longer needed their box,and would like to return it for a refund,I was told no refund.
Well on 11/11/16,my service suddenly stopped working,so I contacted DSL,because I had been paying them every month for services.They said,let is trouble shoot,and this was not a resolution,it did not work.So,I decided to contact Frontier,only to discover,that they were supplying me with Internet service.and not DSL.I was told my Frontier,it was impossble to split the internet service to another provider,because I had a package with them.
So,this began to become a nightmare,I contacted DSL again,and told them about Frontier was supplying my internet service and not them,and to please refund my money.I was told no refund,and you will pay us a cancellation fee.I said for what?I never had your service,you committed fraud.
I had to find another provider,which cost more money.I need internet service to be able too use telephone service,which was interrupted.I could have needed to make a 911 call.
Also my daughter had allowed me to make a one time payment,using her debit card.After I refused to make anymore payments,even after I informed them that I did not have their services.These people used my daughters card,and placed it on file,with my name on the heading and charged her card,for another payment,this was fraud.They told me,you put this card on file,I told this person,no I did not,this is your criminal act,and I wanted it corrected,and the card removed form this account,because you did not have permission to debit this card,and caused her account to be ovedrawn. I was told,we will not remove it until you replace it with another card,because you need to continue to make payments.I told her,I will not,and will seek legal counsel.I was told you need to do this right and cancel this account,and pay the cx fee of $200,for a non-existence service.
Dsl closed this account after I put in a cx notice,,for a services,I did not receive.therefore this should not have been necessary.I am being chrged $200 for cx,and be turned over to their collection agency,if I donot pay it.
I have filed multiple complaints against this company,with no refund to date.I will do whatever is necessary to recover my loss.
