Approx. 6 years ago we purchased 2 products from this company. We used them for a couple of weeks then they were not working properly after that. We were assured by DSI that they would do everything they can to fix the issue so we agreed at that time to give them the 2 units to take back to their office to try and figure the issue out.
Ever since then they have made numerous attempts to try and fix the unit. We have asked them for a full refund but they refuse saying that they are going to fix the issues. They have come down to our location with our units many times saying they "fixed" the issues but every time they've come down with them, they do not work.
They have been doing this for the past 6 yrs. We do not have the units in our possession at this time. In the past 6 yrs., they have had the units in their possession more then we have. They keep "updating" the unit's software, hardware and physical appearance but the units still do not work. The last time the owner (Joe Giardina) was at our office to try and fix the units was May 2017. Since then, I have tried calling his office and cell phone, leaving numerous voice mails. Unfortunately, I have not heard from him since I saw him last May.
We also gave DSI a unit of ours to take with him to test the unit with. So technically, DSI has a unit of ours that he needs to return (which I have asked him to do in one of my voicemails to him). To make matters worse, the original sales rep. (Al Kornak) is no longer with the company, the technician (Joe Stack) has left the company and the new sales rep. (Jim Huste) just left in November 2017.
The cost of the units were $16,550.00 USD but putting aprrox. costs of clients we lost and our man hours involved in trying to help them with their issue it's more like $35,000.00
