I really wish I could put no stars. The people who do "customer service" as they call it, are extremely rude an incompetent. I called to get an issue solved right away because I already waited 2 days for emails back. The guy told me that if I need an issue fixed I should email them and that they respond with-in one to two hours and called me liar when i told him I waited for 2 days and sent two separate emails. Then they took the money out of my account finally after 5 days but didn't ship the product. I email and then 2 more days later they said they didn't receive the money. They are just a huge scam, I don't understand why so many people recommend them. I found it funny that before I could email them it told me not to curse or harass or threaten the customer representative, and that if I did I would not be allowed to use their website anymore. So we are suppose to have a standard of ethics when talking to them but they can't even be remotely nice or helpful?
