Eric Mitchell Porat and Nikolay Krylovskiy out of Brooklyn NY ghosted on their first invoice. The amount - a tiny $1328.65. Pretty much everyone we work with wires payments. These guys insist on paying through paypal so they can eventually back out of sent payments. Eric also signs his contract with his first and his middle name most likely so he can somewhat claim he didn't sign them and then back out of contracts. Our invoices are considerably smaller than the industry average, we go above and beyond for people we work with and we are super flexible. We have been stiffed before (who hasn't) but usually if the client is in a jam and has legit payment issues, if we can't help them out of it we just forgive the debt and move on and pretty much nobody ever hears about it.
It stays between us and the client. Eric Mitchell Porat and Nikolay Krylovskiy didn't have that issue, they just have zero integrity. They hit us with task requests (which we completed), revenues started coming in, then they casually stiffed us on the first invoice. We were also pretty generous with our time. To put this in perspective they signed up in June 1st and we didn't even bill them until Sept 1st. 3 months worth of services. I have also looked into this an have found that Eric Mitchell Porat has scammed other people and companies out of over $100,000.
This guy is a total fraud and now he has Nikolay working in his place because has already done too much damage to his own name. We sensed it in the beginning when his questions were always centered around looking for the lowest wage workers in order to make a quick buck, but gave him the benefit of the doubt to our detriment.
