At the time I needed something reliable and quick BC I had just had a wreck OK...I took a man that knows the biz with me the older guy there that was the salesmen had me under the impression that I was to pay 3 Beware of Scams.
I know the bank is still open, but really need another family car and cannot find another dealer affordable in the Ham-
I read these complaints on here-
Look- buying used cars is scary and owning a car is not problem free- codes, tires, brakes are part of used car ownership- I loved all them at Drivetoday USA- PLEASE COMEBACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Drive today in Birmingham is garbage. I purchased a car early part of 2016 and I've had my car 6mths. Certain cars are very reliable if maintained properly. For starters they wouldn't let me get my money back after I went back and told them I didn't want the car anymore because of payments. Then after I had to drive off the lot with the car I had to get tires, alternator, brakes and so forth. One man gave me the run when I went back and told him what the other old man did to me. He was out due to surgery and so on. Then Kimberly a** act like she don't give AF. Also they don't let u do extension and repossess your car and have towing guys calling with harassing phone calls. This lemon I told them I would bring it back to the lot and they keep it. They said I would still have to pay for it. A lie!! I am glad they have been put out of business in Birmingham and are permanently closed!!!
These people received 2100 dollars of our money and sold us a car that we drove a total of 3 weeks in almost 3 months. This car spent more time in the shop with the salesman lying about what was being done to it than it did on the road. In the span of 3 months it had two supposedly brand new motors put in it and still broke down on the side of the road a third time.
I offered to continue to have a good business relationship with these scam artists and asked to be put in a car that was dependable in order to keep from having a bad report to the credit bureau. However this didnt matter because they lied about reporting to the credit bureau.
Each time i asked to speak to the owner or someone in authority at this dealership they continuously made excuse after excuse.
These people are the worst kind of scam artists and anyone who purchases a vehicle from these crooks doesnt have a brain in their head. I chalked it up to a lesson learned, ate the 2100 dollars I gave them and hope nobody has the misfortune of dealing with this company that takes advantage of people who think they have no other options.
News Flash, you do have other options i purchased a 2010 Dodge Charger that i am paying half the total price they wanted for that menace to the road they sold me.
I purchased a car from this group before. Great experience. Great car. Probably paid more than I should. But overall good good. Recently went to get a car, bought the nicest they had, again, and it is a bad car. Sweet n simple. I had such a great experience buying a bmw, I assumed buying an Audi, would be equally good. The kid showing me the car seemed really hesitant to make the deal. I should have picked up on it. Or should I say, reacted, upon it. But I just had faith based on the prior purchase. Fast forward, the car, Beautiful as it may be, is and NEVER will be a good car. There are so many codes being thrown by sensor, you would need to record them and then prioritize them. There are also a few things I missed, by being so pro drive today. Ie tires, including spare. Anyway, having this car towed for the second time in 2 weeks back tomorrow. I am giving it along with all its problems back. I only hope they do the right thing.
