I am not very good on computers, but read that a DriverUpdate program was "good" in connection with Windows 10. I purchased DriverUpdate because of what I thought was an association with Microsoft. I purchased from ClickBank and received a notice about the time to register was expiring. I contacted ClickBank who sent an email to DriverUpdate that I hadn't gotten the registration number. I got it and registered and after downloading found it ran and ran and ran before uploading 4 drivers (supposedly). I contacted them when I kept getting ads to buy SlimCleaner Plus because I had so much that needed to be cleaned. When I saw that if I HAD bought it first I could have gotten DriverUpdate much cheaper. I complained and was referred to a live "chat". I got Jake who said my purchase was over 60 days and I couldn't cancel and repurchased as earlier email had indicated. I asked for a supervisor or a phone number to talk to someone. That's when he offered to have tech logi remotely to fix problem but that I couldn't cancel and rebuy as earlier indicated. There is no web address given (or I just don't know how to locate) and only a PO Box to write to. I will be taking my PC to real live computer person to delete all. I am so tired of being ripped off concerning computers when we are being "forced" to do everything online and yet how are older people suppose to learn all this stuff?
