I purchased wine over a month ago and it's "still shipping". I should have known when the CC company immediately texted me and asked if the charge was authorized that this is a scam but it seemed legit--it's not. I messaged them and have also called only to be told that "they would call me back". That was a week ago. Total ripoff. Now I have to contest it with the CC company I suppose. Unfortunately, if you're reading this it's most likely because you already got scammed.
I ordered a bottle of wine from Drink Dispatch and was charged immediately for the product. Several days went by and I received no conformation that the package had been shipped, no order number nothing. I emailed the company from their online email platform, I heard nothing back. I attempted to chat through their online chat program, nothing. 2 weeks went by I finally made contact with someone who is suppose to be in charge. They informed me the product was out of stock (first time I had heard of it) and they would be received a shipment of the product in shortly. I responded asking when the shipment would arrive. I heard nothing back. I emailed again. 3 days later they said shortly. A few days later I sent an email asked to be refunded. I heard nothing back. 28 days after the original purchase I get a random email saying the package has been shipped and finally an order number. I called to tell them I had asked that the package not be shipped. They said someone would call me back. No call came. These people are a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
