I purchased what looked like a beautiful off the shoulder dress for a special party I am hosting. The dress ended up costing $176.10. I would not have wanted this dress for free. The size was completely irregular. The color, quality, price and description was not equal to the dress received. When trying to complain and return the item they said on their Chat-Line that you had to send a "ticket" to an email address. I did not hear from them within 12 hours as promised, let alone 3 weeks. I used the chat-line again. they kept going round and round with me, telling me to send them an email. They already had every piece of information needed. They would not refund my dress or even mention it. Thank God for my American Express Card's customer service. I was refunded in full. I feel horrible for the women who tried to buy their wedding dresses here!

I want a full refund plus they charge me more money i think i should take the whole amont plus 254.95 plus 40.00 with ups i want to show what. i think they should be treat there customer serive people bad. I want to show how bad they treat to me that is uncall for. They need to be take out of website or treat people right. For real, Let me show you.

You dont treat people like that. Plus that is out the question. I even ask them i wanted a full refund they didnt even listen to me at all. There chat window the people are always rude they hang up on me like 6 times. There address to there place is here let me give it to you. Ray Lynn Sylvester Mesquite Nevada. they was having me used 2 thing. paypal had to pay total 254.94. plus I got told i had order 2 dresses. I never did. i have record to prove it. And the 2 different dresses. The acct is 178458 there was total 2 dress. the first dress i told him i didn't want i told him from the being it had to be total white and he mess it up with ivory. he told me this last sunday that he mess up with the dress and i told him from the being the whole dress suppost be total white. They said they will get in touch with me 24 hour they didnt they i start talk to those people on chat window i told them what was the problem. And this one lady was total rude to me i told her i want a full refund. I dont want the dress. You all didnt mess up didnt lesson to me. Then she told there was 2 dress you order. then i find out there was 2 dress was order. Plus i never got my dress i order back in oct 19. they said it be here. before 10. They lied to me. the other dress number gave me was the tracking number 2 different one 67364311nx002982x PayPal, 3869538864. they I even see 2 different dress where i got charge. plus they have the worst custer service in the chat window. they are very unfriend very rude. They dont care about the custer feeling nothing. This is why i dont want to deal with this people. I want a full refund. Plus all the damnage they have put me thur. I am getting marry i dont need this stress also. I just want my money back. I wanted the company number they said they dont do that. To me that not right at all. I think all website should be able to get in touch with them. I am being very honest if there something wrong with there dress, if they want there refund they should be able to call them. that why i want them taken care off. thank you for your time.
