I had originally wanted to receive a free trial offer of 2 anti-aging products that 'only work, if used together'. I read that I could try the products free by paying only $4.99 × 2 for shipping. Today my bill came, and I learned, I had been charged $89.95 + $87.35 = $177.30. I was sickened and worrying what could I do? I needed help. I called Dream Big Online Holdings, and told them transaction charge is incorrect for March 7, 2016. CSR informed me that I failed to cancel within 14 days and I had been automatically enrolled in auto-fill service and was responsible for paying the bill. I was also told DBOH has no return; exchange or credit policy. And that another shipment had been sent out on April 16, 2016 which has brought my bill to over $400.00. That I, have no redress or recourse regarding a business transactions, that seems asinine and backwards and stealing from seniors and others, some, like me on a fixed income. I did manage to cancell any further shipments, time will tell. I hate confrontations,and rarely ask for help, this situation shouldn't be allowed to happen. I am reaching out to you Ed and to my credit card company they will investigate my complaint and I will file a report with the BBC. Thanking you and yours in advance for any assistance that can be afforded to me to resolve my plight.
Ordered product, came w/no instructions...Had to use magnifying glass to try & read the label on product...All it reads is the horrible ingredients & to not use near eyes, nose & mouth...The areas where us seniors would like a little help...I received no notice to cancel w/in 14 days, product sat in my drawer not knowing what to do w/it & i am the caregiver for my husband who has alzheimer's & i am dealing w/cancer...Our health concerns come first..Then i receive another bottle of stuff...Which now i have put together these 2 shipments to return to the company tomorrow 6/11/16 w/a note telling them i will not participate in this scam...

I am returning products in tomorrow's mail 6/11/16... No one said anything about a 14 day trial, I received nothing w/ the products not even instructions on how to use. Had to use magnifying glass to read the label of bottle and guess what "Do not use near eyes, lips or nose" what a joke, the areas us senior citizens need the help & the ingredients were supposed to be natural, what a scam....Shame on the celebrities for endorsing this product, I think it was Valerie Bertinelli or Rachel Ray...I should email them as well & tell them they should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of us 75+ seniors who want a little help!
