After my surgery, I realized that I have made the biggest mistake of my life. I was looking for natural results and minimal changes to be made. Instead my nose was made extremely small, short, narrow and upturned after my surgery. I was in complete shock and disgust after the opening of the cast. There was no trace of my ethnic nose. As if the physical disgust was not enough, I started to experience problems with the functionality of my nose. I could not breathe properly, and I started to experience issues with my sinuses and ear and throat. Prior to undergoing an elective procdure, I did not have any issues with my ears and throat. I paid to have a Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty procedure to fix my septal deviation and slightly improve the appearance of my nose. I was in total shock when I picked up my operating report and read recently that this doctor had written in my operating report that " Patient's septum was streight" This is a complete falsifcation of an operating report as my septum had a deviation and I paid him to perform a septoplasty procedure. In case you are wondering, in the event if my septum was streight he should have refunded the cost for a Septoplasty that he charged me. But, my septum had a deviation and he did not fix it and presented false information in my operating report. This doctor has completely destroyed my nose inside and out. He performed a procedure on me called lower lateral cartilege repositioning which is a procedure that is very hard to reverse. I suffered a broken nose in the summer of 2012. Saw this doctor in 2014 for an in office one to one consultation. He was in such a rush i didnt get any of my questions answered. He basically wanted me to pay my deposit. He was soft spoken and seemed like calm doctor but he had no time for me. I realized it was because he had a full up waiting office area. Not my problem he books too many clients in! I get impression he craves money and wants to see as many people as possible in one day. To cut a long story short, i booked another in office consultation few months later. This time he saw me for longer (12 minutes). He was again in some rush. He made me believe he knew what I wanted doing. He doesn't have proper medical equipment like other doctors to check in the nose. He has a quick rushed look. He dont analyze the nose properly. He has attitude of not interested what people really want. It's really what his old personal taste is. His opinion counts not really the patients. Dont know what the hell he did to my tip cos it's so high up like some weird animal or something. He actually managed to make my nose a lot bulkier and uglier. To make matters worse, i cant breathe, my fluid and mucus does not drain cos the guy lift my tip too high up. He dont have common sense this doctor. He dont have judgement. I'm left with awful nose that dont function at all! I have problems with my ears after he operate on me. I'm in debt and have to take other loan to have the nose attended to. IMPORTANT WARNING!!!! After considering a breast augmentation, I made a big error by selecting Dr Grigoryants as my surgeon. He used the wrong sizes and profiles that we had selected together, which left me with giant breasts! The implants caused the skin to stretch and contract. I selected 325-350cc he gave me 650cc!!!! His response when I complained was I did not communicate properly. Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous. It is beyond me how this man with no simple brain thinking can use an excuse like this!! My friend also never listened to my warning and went ahead with a a slight tweak nose job. Instead he gave her his rocket signature nose!! He overly narrowed her tip that she can no longer breathe! I'm very unhappy with service i got from this doctor. He told to me i can give to you female looking nose and make you face beauty. I had meeting with Dr Grigoryants maybe for 20 minutes. He told to me i can give you big improvement. I immediately on same day pay deposit money $750 for surgery procedure on credit card. Lady tell to me i can pay other amount few weeks before surgery. I say fine, its good. I had surgery procedure and very unhappy. Doctor removed so much cartilage and bone. My nose now unattractive and damaged so much. At 2 months i go to see Doctor and tell to him breathing not good now, nose lumpy and uneven. He tell to me, lots of water and swell in the nose. He saying it will go. Now i am 1 yeurs and 4 months after my surgery procedure. Nose looks very bad. I cant breath but also my nose fake looking and not attractive at all. From me this Doctor will get 0/10. He's not experience to do nose surgery. I am now booked with Dr Le for my next surgery procedure to fix lots of damage Dr Grigoryants did. Dont go to this Doctor pleese
