I have been seeing Dr. Tattoff for a while now. I have a tattoo half removed. I am under a contract to show up, and if I don't there is a penalty. I feel abandoned. I honored my end of this contract and want my tattoo removed as agreed on and paid in full for.I'm being treated to remove my tattoo. I'm about halfway complete. I paid in full. I have a penalty if I don't make my appointment and they shut their doors with no notice . My next appointment is this Saturday at 8:30am. My guarantee was if its not gone when they say it should be , all the rest of the visits it takes to remove it are at no charge. I have a tattoo half gone that breaks our contract.
I purchased a $950 tattoo removal package from this company in late 2014. My "service plan" is 1 laser removal session every 7-8 weeks until the tattoo is removed.
I received a notice today saying that the company is closed and out of business. My tattoo is not even close to being removed.
I cannot get in contact with anyone regarding my account there. This company never warned me about it's closing. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and lied to.
I went to Dr Tattoff in early October 2016 to have a tattoo removed. They tried talking me into buying a lot more sessions, but I only chose the minimum of three. That cost me $167. I did my first session at that time. I went to the second session in December. They changed my original date without my knowledge. I scheduled my third session for middle of February, but she wrote the reminder on a post it because she was out of reminder cards. When I tried calling to confirm my appointment for the third and final session, the number was to a different business or something. I'm out a total of $56
Dr. Tattoff closed their Atlanta branch with absolutely no notice. Every customer in there has signed a contract and paid at minimum several hundred dollars for expected treatment (tattoo removal). The corporate office hasn't responded to any calls or emails; they've just walked off with our money. Now, we're all out hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars, AND we're stuck with tattoos that we don't want.
Over a year ago, we paid Dr. Tatoff over $4000.00 dollars to remove a large tattoo. We paid up front due to a signed agreement that treatments would carry on until the tattoo was gone, even though they estimated 14 treatments at 8 weeks apart. We signed up at the Ft Worth location and had about 5 treatments there. They then closed that location which no phone call or email. We drove for our next appointment one weekend and the Ft. Worth office had a padlock on the door. We called the Dallas office and explained our situation. They asked us stop start coming to Dallas for the remainder of appointments. Inconvenient at that point but not a life breaker. No they have closed the Dallas store and we have no recourse. I di schedule an appointment in Beverly Hills for Christmas Eve, but they will need to pay for round trip flight, motel, transportation and food, plus maybe a little entertainment all at their cost. This is what my lawyer advised. They have written agreement that they have to honor and to keep out of court, they could just continue treatments at oneof their alternate locations at their cost. They promised a service and did not deliver on said service. I will be happy to have my $4000.00 back instead..

I went for my 7 treatments and my tattoos are still visible then they told me that I would need at least three more treatments but that was covered in my $1,500 that I paid up front. I went to schedule an appointment and the Fort Worth location has closed down now the Dallas location has closed down and I can't get ahold of anybody. When the Fort Worth location closed down they sent out an email on Monday knowing that they are closed on Monday's stating the office would permanently be closed starting Tuesday. Now they have my money and I still have my tattoos. Not happy

Prepaid for $3,000 worth of services, then they shut down all locations in the area with no refunds. Terrible people.
