After experiencing download problems with the product (US $150 for product suite) contacted Customer Service off contact form on the website. Not even the courtesy of acknowledgement.
A number of contacts received the same non-responsiveness.
Finally unable to access the examination site as per the workbook and instructions on the website. Filed a number of complaints. No response. Eventually found the email address as reported.
Initially told that I would be refunded, gladly. Then 'unfortunately beyond the 60 day period that the system allows'. I was asked to document my emails but since they went through their website I have no records.
I am being repeatedly told that the system does not allow for refunds beyond the 60 day period.
I am obviously not alone in experiencing these problems and feel that a class action should be initiated against this company.
