Dr. Katherine Fonte, Kathy Fonte, aka Adcock (her maiden name) is originally from Louisiana where she claims to have been the principal of a school there for like 10 years. This woman is not smart or a capable enough to be a president. Kathy Adcock Fonte got her doctorate in organizational leadership from one of those online type of schools. Kathy Fonte up until this year was a teacher at McIntosh Middle School, this year she took on the role of English Language Arts Department Chair and she is supposed to be in charge of professional deverlopment. Kathy Fonte needs to look a bit harder at her own development. Kathy Fonte is rude and a snob. Fonte reminds me of one those cute, petite little girls in high school who doesn't realize that she is not a cute young girl anymore. If Kathy Fonte wanted to improve, she should start with her nose. Her nose is so big it deserves its own zip code. She is not a good teacher and an even worse manager. As long as the employee kisses Fonte's a**, they will be fine. Otherwise watch out. Unless you are one of Kathy Fonte's little "pets" like Dr. DeAnn Arnold, that person is in trouble and will get nowhere.
