My insurance company assigned me a new doctor, Dr. Jeniffer Laman. I made an appointment to see Dr. Laman and was told I'd see her. Twice I saw this Associate doctor who is extremely nasty with a chip on her shoulder. the 2nd appointment was the worst. I called nefore the appointment and told them I only wanted to see Dr. Laman and was assured I would. I got there went in the office and in walks this Associate doctor again, I told her I was assured i would not be seeing her I was supposed to see Dr. Laman. The Associate Dr. said with an attitude well your seeing me you don't get to choose. This is against all Medicare Medacaid rules. You are supposed to see the doctor they assigned you.
I told this doctor I needed my testosterone shot. She nastily grabbed it out of my hand and told me I couldn't have it any more because a long time ago I had a heart attack 2 years before I used the testosterone. If this bulldozing nasty doctor would of asked the reason I was on testosterone was i was on a 500 calorie diet and was gaining weight. with the testosterone I'm slowly losing weight.
Tjis doctor's office told me I can't choose which Dr. they give me which is clearly against Medicare and Medacaid rules
