He is a quack and will perform any procedure on anyone for the sake of MONEY. He knows how to mainipulate Medicare, and other insurance companies. He constantly complains about reimbursement rates for insurance and is a very unprofessional doctor. He gets you in his office and it is a never ending cycle of treatments that destroys you for life. He is now working his way into the plastic and cosmetic surgery world under the guise of the Medi Spa in Shrewsbury NJ (owner Marguerite DeFonte). Check your doctors background before you allow him/her to do any procedures on you. Dr.Fretta's office staff are well aware of his fradulent billing schemes. Office manager is Jessica Brown an unlicensed woman that he also calls his nurse she corroborates with the billing company.
