I had a very bad experience with the Pompa Program. I essentially paid $5k for $1800. worth of overpriced supplements and a so called "coaching program.
The "coaching" constisted of Zoom meetings with a supposed detox health expert. Mine didn't have any real credentials, wouldn't let me speak, and was always in a hurry. The only advice I got from her was to go on a ketogenic diet, eat a ton of additional "good fat", and eat a ton of salt. Not healthy for somebody that already has high blood pressure. She also told me that I needed to have any amalgam fillings and other metal removed from my mouth in order to not be "poisoned" by mercury or other heavy metals.
This costs thousands of dollars, of which I didn't have. Before I paid the $5k I was not informed that this would be required. The supplements were supposed to detox you, but were overwhelming. I was not allowed to contact the "coach" directly, and the company had no phone number to call with questions. They said to use Facebook, which I rarely got any answers to my questions. The "coach" was non-present when I had an issue.
Videos from Dr. Pompa (a chiropractor) were included, but were all about the supplements. I learned very little from them, except for to take and mix way too many different chemicals into my body.
I requested several refunds, but was ignored. I finally got to talk to somebody, and he told me the supplements were non-refundable, but would get a refund on the coaching and access to the Pompa Program access to the videos and other materials that did not benefit me.
I was eventually issues a paltry refund of just $500. I was expecting $3200. $5,000 minus $1800. for the supplements. They ignored all of my requests to talk to somebody again, and have continued to ignore.
To anybody out there considering this program: DO NOT DO IT!
Such a shame that there are people out there that will try to take advantage of sick people. Putting money over people is a deplorable way to run a so called "wellness" company.
