When we first signed on to use DPL routers the main complaint I had when talking to them was the previous company sold out of date technology. I specifically stated that I wanted the most up to date technology which was 4G LTE. What I found out more than a year later was that they sold me 3G (9 of them) which was labeled 4G, Not 4G LTE. Not knowing and trusting them to provide exactly what we asked for and were promised,
I later found out when checking each device that some of them were showing a 3G connection. When I brought it to their attention all they had to say was that "We di not have any of the 4G LTE at the time so we sold you what we had". I said that that wasn't good enough and I wanted them replaced. After two months and nothing I decided it was time to just go get our own product made and be done with a vendor for this product. Another 4 months goes by and finally I got a call from another person wanting to make it right. I said OK and to make it right was to buy the remaining 7 we had left back. He agreed to do that.
When I finally was able to beging replacing the routers with our own I asked for a new waybill since the other one was several months old. At that time the response I get was they had changed their minds and wer not going to give us a refund.
So not only did DPL Wireless lie to us when purchasing equipment, they lied again when they said we would get a full refund. They are the most expensive hardware out there now, the most expensive for data and lied about how much the data cost. Now that we have our own data from AT&T and others, we know what data costs and what it cost to suspend sim cards (or routers).
They lied about everything. After taking one of their routers apart we also found that they are using old components that were made, not manufactured, 10 years ago. They lied about everything to do with their product. There are many good products that are equal to or better than DPL Wireless. Check the list below but some only sell hardware but all sell good hardware
