Outright fraudulent. They have no intention of shipping you your items when they say they will. We were promised delivery within about one month, it took over 4 months and we still don't have all the items from the order. Unfortunately didn't do our homework because you can easily find tons of folks online who've received the same treatment. Stay away, stay away, stay away from this online RIPOFF!

I was looking for home accessories and came across the dotandbo site. The items looked unique and appealing. I made an order and noticed with the confirmation that I recieved different ship dates and with one item not giving any ship date at all. Shortly there after I noticed on the site that one item that I had ordered with no ship date ( and was billed for) was showing sold out. Since I had not yet recieved a ship date I attempted to contact the company to confirm that my order would be fulfilled. I than discovered that this company does not offer any customer service line. All communication must be via email only. I received a prompt response to my inquiry and I was assured that any confirmed orders would be fulfilled. However, a few days later I received a email canceling my order due to the item being out of stock!! Within a few days the other part of my order arrived and did not look anything like the picture. Different style, different color. I email the company and asked them to set up a return and I was sent an email back stating that I could not return the product because it was on sale!! This is not a legit company and my guess they are working out of someones garage somewhere. I have since read many, many bad reviews on this compay for similar bait and switch tactics. I now am stuck with items that I don't want and I can not use.

The chair I ordered was misrepresented and I was still willing to pay half of the return back but they wouldn't even work with me. It cost me $100 to return a $162 chair. I even sent an email to the CEO and VP of customer service who never responded and instead had someone named Amy call me. She was even worse than the first 2 customer service reps I spoke to.

I asked her if she was ok with losing a customer over $50 in shipping and her response was "ordering online is a risk, you're just one customer of many"

What a joke....their company culture is coming from the top down and that's their policy. They don't care about their customers.
