We are only talking about 2000 kwh, but they had no problem charging me for 1500 kwh that I didn't use. Adding that to the 2000 kwh that I produced they stole 3500 kwh. Be vigilant and aware of these things,
· 1 Should they change your meter, they will not be trying to reconcile your account
· 2 Have the service tech sign off on the meter reading before he pulls the meter. .(Take a picture)
· 3 Don't accept the lie that there is no need to read the meter. they don't care to read it because they are not making money off you, and they don't want to pay you.
· 4 Don't give up, contact them, contact the CEO by letter, post on every energy forum letting others know the utility will steal from you. call your congressman / woman and your state representatives make sure they get as much outside pressure as possible. I'm just getting started. I want my nickel, back.
