Hre is a story how domaintools.com ripped me off. they simply stole all my informations, and denied to communicate with me. all contacts, emails, phones, facebook, twitter, linkedin, all are dead and never received information from them.
i have been a member of their service for over a 7 years. i have been paying around 50usd monthly fee plus about 35 usd additional fees for their services.
one day, my email reports stopped to coming in, so i contacted them to get information whay is going on. first email received, was that all is ok and my reports are going out from them. i told them that i do not receive anything, and next answer from them was some report where some reports came our but that was not my reports, so i told them and then i received email that all is ok, but i am activating their alarm anyway, because i am using some automated software to rip my paid informations from their site. i was unaware of what is going on, so i asked where is the problem. the next email i received was the most ignorant and amateurish i ever get online. all inside was something like "so you are playing like you do not know, lol kid, now you are disabled and denied and your account is blocked!", and link to tos where is mentioned that some automatic ripping is not allowed and so.
so, i contacted them again, telling them that there must be mistake, because all i have been doing was comapring my datas i paid for, and i have been asking what to do to get my account reactivated or what to do to get my informations from them, and from then, i have been never able to get in touch with anyone on domaintools. it is almost three months, i have been trying like 20 times their emails on sales and customer services, i have been trying like 5 times tickets on their tech dept, i have been calling them few times on their two numbers, all i have been getting on those phone numbers was that my country is not possible to support online so they will get in touch in less than 48hours but they never got back to me, i have been trying few times to get in touch with their facebook, they only delete my messages and now my account is blocked at their facebook, i have been trying to get in touch with their twitter, i never get response back, and at the end i tried also to contact all the ceos and owners on their linked in accounts, and never got answer back ...
once again, they are simply ignoring paying customer, they are simply ignoring hard working people, and they simply stole the informations from me. and, all i wanted, is the backup of my account, with the informations i am monitoring and i have stored on my domaintools account, but they simply ignoring me, after seven years of paying them on time ...
do not ever work with domaintools, they are more danger and problems for you, than usefull service at the end.
