Ordered 3 items from them, got 2. Cancelled subscription noting i had to shave my beard due to work. They replied with an email trying to push other s**t on me and at the end of the sales pitch in smaller text it read "we won't cancel your subscription without hearing back from you" even though i STATED i SHAVED MY f**kING BEARD. wham. nother charge, this time more expensive since the "deal" i went for is over. I checked my subscription on the website and apparently when i canceled my subscription it was a "Request" which was marked "Solved". These guys got my business because i liked the way they think, and even if their "hair growth vitamins" are complete bullshit, their products smell nice..... now i see how their business is run and its terrible.
