I have been in contact with the company and they will not refund the full amount as is stated on the website. This has gone for over a week to get a refund and they continue to refuse.
This is a life safety issue. If someone was to attempt to use it and was in an accident it will not restrain them that could cause serious injury or even death. I have contacted the NTSB and FTC also and I am requesting your assistance on this issue also. I do have copies of all the email correspondence regarding this issue if needed. In advance I thank you for your help with this issue.
