Amazon's won't be personalized, however, the personalized portion of the one on doggykingdom is in reality a velcro strip they attach to the harness. They will not exchange or replace these items.
Horrible customer service. It has been a week since I placed my order and it still has not arrived. The company kept emailing me telling me it was on its way already and they couldn’t refund me. I just received another email saying it finally shipped. They are still refusing to refund me. Buyer beware.

I purchased two no pull dog harnesses with personalization. The personalization is in the form of printing on a velcro strip that is easily removed. Their website states that they offer a 100% guarantee on ALL products. But when I reached out to exchange for a smaller size as it didn't fit my dog - I was told that all personalized products are final sale. I absolutely agree with the negative reviews on this site. My dogs easily slip right out of them. They are bigger than the specs they claim on the website and when they don't fit your dog, they just claim it is your fault and you ordered the wrong size. Therefore no refunds or even exchanges. They will attempt to re-sell you more harnesses for a small discount (haha). The customer service was extremely poor with no attempt to find a solution to the problem. BEWARE

I contacted Doggy kingdom by email after not getting a response for 2 days i tried to call their phone number and it is completely automated, you can not reach a human being. The last harness i had from the pet store, and it was nothing special lasted me 7 years and i paid half the price.. Very frustrating when a product is not made well and even more frustrating is trying to get the product replaced ASAP because all i have is an old collar for her to use and its not very sturdy and safe like a harness would be..
This austrian company, whose product turns out to be made in china, guarantees satisfaction but does not fix the problem. Instead it places the blame on others and attempts to sell you something to fix what is wrong and offer a discount to do so. That’s not a guarantee. It’s smoke and mirrors. I’d stay away from this out of country merchant.

I ordered a harness and leash from Doggy Kingdom and entered my shipping and payment info. A screen popped up asking if I wanted to add another leash to my order. I tried to select “no, place order”. For some reason the item was added to my cart and I was asked if I wanted to buy a third leash. My options were to add a 2nd unwanted item, or place my order with the first unwanted item. I hit the back button to return to the previous screen and edit my cart. The screen stated my cart was empty. The order, with the unwanted item, had been placed without my knowledge or consent. I NEVER CONFIRMED OR PLACED THE ORDER. I called the company. There is no customer service available by phone, only an automated response that hangs up. I emailed immediately and they basically replied, “Too bad. We don't cancel orders or give refunds
