Ordered a glass 3D etching of a dog in October. Never sent by November. Filled out customer service form 3 times and still hasn’t responded. No company address on the website or number to reach them.
My 18 year old beloved cat died this past June so when I saw this company's page on Facebook and that they were offering change purses that looked exactly like your pet, dog or cat, I ordered one in my cats memory. What I got was a HIDEOUS thing that looked NOTHING like him! I'm not alone. Now I find posts on their Facebook page from other customers who also paid and received crap! Their customer service offered me 20% back, what a joke!!!! BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!
