I can't believe this company is able to exist due to all the bad reviews I am reading. I should have done that before May the 7th when I placed an online order for pet supplies. I contacted them twice via email with no reply so on May 15th I called them at 888-809-0750 and verbally canceled the order. Said order was delivered on May 28. They had taken my money and ignored the cancellation of the order.
On May 28 I again called customer service at 888-809-0750 and told them to come to get their merchandise and refund my money. They said they would send return instructions and that has been over two months ago. The merchandise is still sitting here and I have not received a refund. I have reported them to my debit card company.
the better business bureau and the federal trade commission. I will do whatever needs to be done to help prevent someone else from becoming a victim - especially senior citizens! This company has the worst customer service of any company I have had business dealings with. How can they still be in business is beyond me.
