I am a landlord based in Malibu, CA. Lina and her boyfriend Dan Wayne Calabrese came to me via AirBnB to rent my guest house for 30 days. When it became time to checkout, they refused to leave. They are attempting to claim squatters rights and they deliberately misled us as to their intention which was always to be squatters. Lina and Dan brougt weapons into the guest house and have since done considerable damage. They are refusing to leave and we have begun the eviction process, however it could take up to 3 weeks. I am writing this so that some unlucky landlord out there doesn't get scammed by these two con artists.
