My 2013 Dodge Dart has been going through lots of problems and I have told the dealer and the corparte office about the electrial problem but nothing is getting done about it this there should have been a recall out for it. This has been going on since day one when my car was new. First time buying a Dodge well the rate this is going its looking like my last Dodge never again will I buy another kind of car through them again. I bought my car at the Michigan City IN dealer they dont treat there people that are buying a car very nice plus they lie about stuff plus they dont work witjh you at all . It goes through a system rebooting and when it does it resets my radio settings and trying to short out other things in the car.
Like Sun roof already had the sun roof motor replaced plus i have had the radio replaced also it wouldnt cannect to my phone for the bluetooth.. Now its trying to do it again. Sun night on my way home from work it knocked out my headlights for about like 20 min while i was driving home. My rear defogger is acting up now. I was trying to do a softwear update It wont let me do it buy taking it to the dealer they want to charge you. A softwear update should be free. I have not been happy with this car. I have went to the Dodge dearler in Laporte since the Michigan City one dont know how to treat there people I refuse to go to that one for them to look at the check engine light thats on they tell me the active grill is stuck and that they will need my car for a few days to take off the bumper to look at the wire harness so far they havent called me to let me know so I would have a loaner car to borrow while they did this has been about 3 months now and i'm still waiting. Seems to me there going to screw me. Thats ok Im thinking on getting an attorney.
