To start they tried to charge more than what was agreed upon, then as soon as the movers came, all of a sudden basic supplies like furniture pads were an extra cost when they originally said they were included.
Movers started stacking things very high with no padding, and dropping them on purpose, as well as throwing dollies breaking glass, and other expensive items.
Once I filed a claim for the damages, the company was never to be heard from again. After 3 months and 7 emails later I gave up. I cant believe they can run this scam of a company.
