I emailed this person posting as THE LANDLORD for a property here in NC of Craigslist and when I got an email back- I knew it was too good to be true- a 3 bd room home for $800 with ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED right. This Dlaine Beauford person was saying that she & her family is in a church mission- seriously how cruel people now a days to use CHURCH to scam people. I hope that you do your research 1st pls before renting anything off Craigslist and make sure you actually meet them in person. This is the email that I got from her. You must keep my house clean including the surrounding, you must know the way in which you use the stove so as to avoid fire outbreak,you must not disturb the neighbor.I decided to rent out the property due to our transfer to (Denver, Colorado) on a Missionary Work in a church here named World Mission, so we are renting it out since we need someone to take good care of the property on our absent.
