Purchaseda mavic pro drone July 6,2017 order was lost, and we called received it on July 18,2017, used twice in the yard, had a hard time getting it to connect to receiver, thought it was user error, took it to open space at sons house on August 21, the third time it was used and had same problems, it connected for a bit and then took off, we had home point set kept pushing home and it just flew away, we lost sight of it about a mile out. THIS WAS FAULTY FROM DAY 1, I think they sent me a refurbished drone, called them immediately after was lost, and on the 6th week of sending the same flight records over and over again they tell me it is not lost and did not fly away. Techinal Service Support, most cannot understand you.

I feel since this was only used three times in 35 days and gave us issues each of the 3 time there would absolutely be no problem with replacement. $1200.00 for less than 10 minutes of air time. I am 62 and my husband is 65 this was a real hardship for us to accept. Oscar is a terrible supervisor and should not have a job, it is like a programmed voice I am sorry over and over and over.

On Monday the 11th of June my DJI phantom took off and never came back. DJI advertises the software and sell this feature. Well mine did not. It shows no flight ever happened. Pervious flight log shows 1 minute flight, but i got 18 minutes of pictures. Been fighting with tech support they can not understand. My point is if the drone does the warm up, sets a home point then it should be good to come back and log flights. I guess not. So after 2 weeks, they want to play its out of warranty by one month, that shouldn't matter its a FAA safety hazard and should be fixed. Goes back to when i was a kid Made in China means its junk.

Bad battery.

Never used or charged even one time.

Refused to replace it.

Purchased another battery from fry's it was bad right out of the box to, at least they replaced it!

They have problems with there battery's and they know it.

On 9/14/2016 I purchased over 24 items from DJI online at http://store.dji.com for a total of $9,405.70 . One of the items I purchased can be found at the following web address: http://store.dji.com/product/inspire-1-raw-two-extra-ssd . This product is supposed to come with 3 memory cards which retail for $749 which can be found at: http://store.dji.com/product/zenmuse-x5r-ssd-512gb .

When I received my shipments from DJI on 9/20 and 9/21 I found that I only received 2 of the 3 memory cards that were supposed to be included. All of the packaging was intact and there was no sign of anything being tampered with or damaged during shipping. I contacted DJI the following morning to notify them that there was a missing memory card from my shipment. They asked for photos of everything I received, which I provided them promptly. After weeks of contacting them repeatedly, they finally told me that their shipping department sent everything and that was the end of it. This situation has been beyond frustrating. There is no logical way to prove that you didn't receive something. I have filed complaints with the FTC and state Attorney General.
