None of the forms provided were updated and un-usable at the court house. The company sent the wrong forms initially that were not applicable to my case. The process and directions given in written form were incorrect. Ended up using the pro se service at the court house. Do not waste your money. Breach of contract - states if forms provided used and divorce not granted; then refund. However, unable to use forms provided due to the forms being outdated and not applicable. Reported to BBB; Attorney bar association. Use the court system and Pro se save your money. When I called to confront the company; they became very defensive and refused to refund my fees. They do not have an understanding of each individual laws from state to state. Nothing they provided was usable. 350.00 for worthless paperwork. After that you do all the work yourself anyways: service, filing ( additional divorce filing fees), sheriff service, and other fees.
