Divaad Wilson wanted to book an Airbnb rental with his football team mates during Christmas. And I had my apartment ready to make a little extra money by renting it for a few days on Airbnb.
So I rented to Divaad Wilson. During his stay, he re-rented the property to other people that he said were his "roommates."
On the day of check out, the 'roommates' on the inside refused to leave and the place on the inside was destroyed. they smoked inside the apartment, the lamps were broken, the sheets and blankets had feces and body fluid stains on it, the toilet was broken from the wall and leaking, the shower curtain was ripped and hanging, the area rug was stained, there were burn marks and ashes on the table, and to top it all off, the people inside refused to leave.
The people inside were low-life, low-income or homeless looking 'hood' types that were aggressive and refusing to leave the apartment.
Since were were 2 young girls, I knocked on the neighbor's door to help us contact the people inside to tell them to leave.
We all stood outside the front door pounding on the door but they refused to answer. I contacted Divaad Wilson again and he said he would contact the people and compel them to leave.
