Steven Souders aka Discovery Homes Inc is the worst mobile home seller ever. If you could reach him or have him return your calls which he early did, he would not show up for appointments he made to show my house. He ripped up my living floor for no reason, and then refused to fix it. He would talk about some stupid invention he was going to patent and quit this business, I should know he was a scammer. He didn't list my house on his very poorly put together web site for over a month, I had to constantly be after him to do that. This guy says he will sell your mobile home, then can't be reached, then after months of lot rent your paying he tries to buy your home for barly anything. This guy is the lowest of the low, your really scraping the bottom of the barrel if you want to use this place! Do your self a favor and steer clear of this guy!
