I have been calling the phone number and no one ever answers it. I sent an email and have not recieved a reply. I spent $50.91 on heart guard for my dogs and I have not recieved anything. They don't even provide you with tracking information and have zero customer service.
I ordered a product on October 8, 2017. + 10 days, I still had not received a shipping notification so I sent an email with my order number - no response + 15 days sent second email - received auto reply with a template response "we will get back to you + 15 days 11:15 am EST called their support line - recording - outside of business hours + 15 days 9:42 pm EST (AU time zones between 9:42am and 12:42pm) recording - outside of business hours This company is non responsive and appears to be taking funds and not shipping product.
I ordered the heartgard green from their website, instead they sent me a product made in Australia. They told me it had the same active ingredients so they substituted it for what I ordered. I told them that I did not want a substitute, but what I ordered. They told me I could return it, but I had to pay for postage. I pointed out that they sent me a product that I did not order, and therefore they were at fault and should pay the postage. Tired of the continuous e-mails back and forth, which I have saved, I returned the product to the address below.
They gave me an address in Austrialia to return it to.

The product cost me $57.99, but return postage to Australia was $28 (they told me it would be $13). To add insult to injury my card was never issued a refund for the $57.99 product.
What I don't get is that they advertise that they have a location in Nevada. I wanted to return the product to this location, but was told I could not! Why the Nevada address then? Is this address just a Front for an illegal operation?
Beware! Bait and switch, then no refund after return.
On December 13, 2016 I contacted Discount Meds to place an order for fles protection, the order total was $397.93. The company had stated that it would take 5-10 business day to arrive at my home.After not receiving my order by the 23rd of December I contacted them by e-mail the phone number they provided did not work. I received an e-mail back from "john" stating that because of the holidays it might be held up, whatever.
The first tracking number they gave me said it was in Singapore for three days, then the tracking said it arrived in Germany. Now the tracking number says there is no information on this number.
I looked this company up on the BBB and the review on this company is anything but good. How can these people keep getting away with stuff like this. My bank is looking into this.
They have not responded to my recent e-mail, so I am assuming they are done with me. I just hope and pray I get my money back, I do not have $397. to give away!!
I order Revolution for my dog over amonth ago. When I go on line it says it has been shipped. To date Nov. 29 2016, I have not received it. My order# with Discount Pet Medication is 503298. Please investigate if at all possible. The total charged to my credit card was 37.99 Thank you!!
I decided to order from Discount Pet Medication over the internet. My vet warned me about doing business with them but I figured I could order the product and ask some questions that would ease my mind. I contacted the company thru email because they have no phone number to call. I asked for someone to call me because I had some concerns. Instead of calling they emailed back with a template designed with the same info from their website. I had different questions which could have been answered easily. I wanted to know about the exact shipping method because my vet said sometimes the meds get shipped in closed containers overseasy and it gets too hot for the meds to be considered safe. I expressed my concern and instead of emailing me back addressing my concern an employee names John cancEllen my order. He said my order was considered a risk of cancellation and he cancelled it for me. I was outraged that the company decided not to communicate with me and just cancel my order. I couldn't believe it. When I asked why they would do that and just not answer my simple question the refused to answer. I emailed the company back once more before I wrote this post because I wanted to see if anyone from the company, besides John, would email me back to remedy the situation. It was 4 days and no one cared to respond about anything. Not even a sorry for the confusion. I'm glad they acted like they did because it shows me this company is probably not the best and I wouldn't put too much trust into a product where they can't handle customer inqueries about a simple shipping method, probably because they aren't shipped in the best way. I just wanted other people in the community to know how this company is handling their communication and customer service, which I think is a direct correlation to how they run other operations.
