I bought a 6 cd truck stereo from Discount radios. It worked for a few weeks then it jammed all of my cds in the player. After going back and forth with them on trying to fix the problem my warranty was up. They told me to send it back and they would return my cds and refund my shipping costs if they couldnt fix the system. Neither has happened I even complained to the BBB and they lied to them. They say they never told me they would refund my money even though I had Barbara on voice mail stating they would refund my shipping and return my prpperty. Then they claim there were only four cds in the player when I sent it back to them with six cds, stating that after they told me to do a reset on the system it jammed more and now only showed four cds. They told me and the BBB that they sent they cds back on Feb. 29th and I still dont have them. This company lies and steals personal property. They need to be shut down and refund me the cost of my shipping and cds since they decided to keep them.They rip off people all the time and nothing gets done.
