Horrible, disgusting business practices. Terrible customer service- the owner is only looking out for himself with no concern for the items he sells or customer satisfaction. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered a queen bed, a bunk bed, and a sofa. Initially, because there is virtually no stock in the store, I spent 4 hours looking through catalogs with little help from the salesperson working in the store. I selected the items I was interested in, and was told it would be delivered in 3 days. Delivery was delayed by one week (for reasons unknown), and on delivery day (December 9, 2015) the items arrived damaged, the wrong color, and THE SOFA NEVER CAME. The delivery men were 2 hours late, and did not apologize or acknowledge this upon entering my home- they slammed and banged furniture against the wall, damaging the bunk bed with visible marks. The bunk bed was advertised in the catalog as a dark expresso, and came to me as a cherry wood. The sofa was NOT delivered, and when inquiring about the sofa to the delivery men, they shrugged and left.
I visited the store- when inquiring about next steps, I was never given an ETA for the sofa, and the damaged bunk bed was unable to be returned (and if exchanged, would have to be for the same cherry wood that I did not ask for). After being blamed for picking the wrong color and for being upset that delivery was delayed by 2 hours (with no follow up call letting me know that delivery would be late, mind you), the owner declared with a smile that he'd not return ANY of the pieces, and asked me what I wanted from him. I am disgusted that I was treated this way as a customer, and as I was verbally threatened upon leaving the store ("That is the worst thing that you can do! That is really the worst possible thing that you can do right now!"), legal action now has to be taken for a transaction that should have been an easy, stress-free process.
