September 1, 2015 - I place an order with this company.
By September 25, 2015, I had still not received the order (although, they certainly processed my payment). So, I contacted them via a "support ticket", using their online facility. They responded, sending me a USPS tracking number. I checked the tracking number, and the package was supposedly in a shipping facility in New York.
I checked the tracking number every day after that, and the package was always shown to be in the NY facility.
By October 3, 2015, I had still not gotten the package. So, I contacted them, requesting a re-shipment. I heard nothing from them.
Then, on about October 23, 2015, I got an email saying that my package "would be shipped" with their new shipping company. I wrote them back, asking if they meant the package hadn't shipped yet. (it was 20 days after I had initially requested a re-shipment). I got no response.
Between October 25 and November 5, I have contacted them (again) by email, and via their online support ticket system. I have still received no responses.
It is now November 5, 2015 - more than 60 days after I placed and paid for my order, and I have not received the order, and they have refused to answer any of my last several inquiries.
In short, it looks like they've just taken my money and ran...
I have ordered from them 2 cartons of cigs, I never recieved them so I asked for a refund.This was after waiting 3 months for the cigarettes. I waited another 2 months for the refund, They told me it was put into my account on sept.3. I still have not gotten the refund... These people are crooks!!!
