Their Mode of Operation is to get you to help them and then say you did something wrong even when you have documented the problem with HD pictures and you are a Certified SBCA trained Tech they will say you charged them too much and they will get some other poor unknowing contractor to finish what was done so they do not have to pay you.

06-10-2015 10:27PM, approval of Company Rates and DVE request of service.
06-11-2015 3:47PM, appointment confirmation reply approval truck roll only.
06-12-2015 8:30AM dispatched to Ricks Chophouse as contractor for DVE. Job performed and Invoice submitted net 10 days. Paid after 2 weeks. So far so good right?
07-23-2015 2:00PM, DVE requests Contractor to go back to Ricks Chophouse to remove old dish and re install dish to the new location. Contractor Invoices DVE and it is approved.
07-24-2015 10:00AM, DVE approves the Invoice for Ricks Chophouse .
07-27-2015 8:00 AM. Contractor arrives at Ricks Chophouse, obtains authorized customer signature and Contractor works until 12:00PM.
07-27-2015 3:30PM, Contractor submits Invoice and pictures of before and after with signal results and the need for a new LNB as the old one is burnt up from years in the sun.
07-27-2015 4:30PM DVE verifies the need of the replacement LNB and states they will want us to install it. Contractor quotes one hour labor and Service call charge only.
The Service call charge and install are approved.
07-31-2015 12:53PM DVE sends Contractor e-mail stating DVE will not pay the Invoice.
08-01-2015 10:00AM Contractor sends a one-time Offer In Compromise to DVE for the purpose of settling the matter.
The OIC is verified read within 5 minutes as a read receipt.
Direct Video Entertainment says they wont pay and has another contractor to do their bidding now.
