I used this company before. Let me start I lost my USMC Veteran Husband to Suicide in front of me on March 5th 2017 and I couldn't stay in the house we rented anymore I was going nuts there.
So I decided to move and this compay gave me such a good rate I couldn't refuse. The first time they duidn't wrap NOTHING and all my antique furniture and I never said anything. First job costed 450.00 and this move was from Santa Clarita to Huntington Beach....2nd time all was packed but I got lucky and got their best movers Luis & Desmond and they wrapped EVERYTHING. Paid 300 and then this time requested Luis & Desmond but they were sick. So I had no choice but to settle. They said they were at my storage at 3pm but I found it odd because I left about 10 after 3. Ok first lie...Should have taken an hour to load all was in perfect order to be done. So I am waiting and waiting for them to get here. It took them suspossedly 3 hours when it took me an hour in traffic. They unloaded lied to me and said my dresser and nightstand wouldn't fit and they had someone at the office who would take it. I was holding on to my dogs for the whole time they were here I relucently said yes because if it won't fit what am I suspossed to do. Anyways after they left they didn't even take the plastic off my stuff and left heavy things for me to lift when I have buldging disc's and major back problems.
I then get a message for payment. I was so sick the first night here so I ignored them.
When I felt better I texted Erica and told her exactly what was up. And I refuse to pay when my chest and mirror was stollen from me. She then texted me the next day and asked if I wanted it...DUH!! But now they are hold ing hostage since I won't pay an OVERPRICED BILL that didn't add up. And I won't pay it. I keep getting invoices sent every 5 minutes to me so I had to block them. But don't use these morons, they are a RIP OFF
