On January 18th, 2018, I agreed to a "free trial” of Nugenix. All that I had to pay was $4.95 for shipping and handling. I knew that I had to call back to cancel their "auto ship” if my husband didn’t see any benefits from Nugenix. Well, it was just another "garbage vitamin” that didn’t work. I am disabled, and have severe bouts of Rheumatoid Arthritis, which keep me from being able to use my hands to type or dial on my phone. So, I called Firect Digital, llc, to let them know that "Nugenix” was a rip-off! I was looking at my bank statement while on the phone with them. I saw another charge for some face cream, and noticed that the phone number was the same as Nugenix , only I never received any face cream! I argued with the "girl” on the phone for twenty minutes, until she finally said that she would refund ALL of my money. Well, that never happened, and I received another bottle of Nugenix today! I told the "girl” on the phone that if she was lying to me in any way, I would sue them! You just should not be able to take money out of someone’s account whenever you want to, and pretend that you are shipping any old product you feel like, even when you really aren't shipping anything!! What can I do?
